I got two quotes for the exact same product. Carpet gallery £3945 plus vat. Peter Allen Settle £3400 plus vat. Make your own mind up.Thanks for your reply, so your price is below £3400 plus vat? I am not referring to the fact skipton properties have an exclusive deal with you. I’m referring to a quote for the exact identical flooring and square footage where your price is considerably more.Your quote for the same thing was way more expensive. I have reported Skipton Properties to trading standards.

My visit to the showroom left me feeling that the staff were more interested in their mobile phone than giving me any advice.They did do a very good job installing the flooring however it would have been better if they had rung me to let me know what time they were coming . That said flooring is down and looks great.

The Carpet Gallery were great. We were recommended them to floor our new home. They were really helpful when choosing the flooring and helped make the process nice and straight forward.We had a mix of carpet and Karndean, the fitting on both is great and we are really happy with the flooring throughout the house. Fantastic experience with this family business, they are friendly and great people.I was able to contact the sister when I needed to about the flooring choices I had chosen and they fitted the flooring in really quickly around my schedule.Would definitely come here and use this business again and would recommend to anyone.Thank you again for being so great and putting our vision we had into real life ❤

Carpet Gallery were given to us as a recommendation and I'm glad to say that they provided an excellent service from start to finish. The products were as promised and the fitting was carried out with care for the decoration. The fitters were a credit to the company in carrying out their business. Very tidy, respectful and pleasant.Timescales were kept to, communication was very good in the setting up and throughout, which was important with the COVID situation.Thank you Emma and Ben. I have just re-floored the entire house, partly in Karndean and partly in carpet. I had a few whole-house quotes and the Carpet Gallery were the best priced on a like-for-like basis and could do the job the soonest and so I chose them. They were extremely helpful from the outset - Emma and Ben in the shop were great to respond to my never-ending requests and the fitters turned up when they said they would and were all top chaps - cracked on with the job at hand but were also jolly and happy to explain to me what they were doing /what options I had etc. Overall I'm really pleased - thank you!
