Zuzi's Grooming

Basia and others are extremely PETS friendly people. I'm taking my newfie there regurally but once as I looked after my mates dog I took them both in. I've been refused the brush out on my mates poodle mix as I've been told (and showed, yes they've left a piece of fur for me to see) the dog is too matted and it's simply painful and they won't brush it, so either we're shaving or I can look for another salon to groom the dog in. So glad and thankful for that piece of education I've received and that I could share it with my friend too. To me her dog looked funny and weird (literally like a different dog lol), but she loved it :) and us? We were as always happy to be washed and brushed with lots of cuddles along the way. My newfie loves his Basia" and is already booked in for a next visit x thank you guys for being there for us xxx"

I took my Lhasa Apso, Wendell, for his first haircut to Zuzanna... he came out looking fabulous!!! (see the before and after photo's I've attached)....I can't recommend Zuzanna (Zuzis Grooming) highly enough....Wendell puts two paws up to show that he agrees!!! Thank you for a wonderful service!UPDATE: 2014Just an update on my last review (3 years ago)... My boy still goes to Zuzi's with still the exceptional results! He loves going to there... drags me up the path ;)He even has sleep overs!Just a note regarding dogs being shaved... If they are matted and only go for a groom once or twice a year with no home grooming then its kinder to the dog to simply shave them... Wendell goes every 2 to 3 months and I bath him every 2 weeks and gets brushed weekly!Like with most things... What you put in is generally what you get out! If you have a dog that needs a lot of grooming... then be kind enough to DIY grooming at home too!!

Just incredible! not only does our miniature dachshund look beautiful as their grooming is the best we've ever seen but they are the nicest people too! She loves going to be groomed. Can't recommend highly enough.Coming back to say that we are faithful customers as our favourite sausage loves coming to Zuzi so much!

Very friendly place for dogs and owners,reasonable price for grooming and day care.Im very happy with the service highly recommend the salon!

If you can avoid the Slovakian lady being rude then do. Lovely Polish lady always helpful but would never return because of the Slovakian lady. Shame really

I was a first time customer at Zuzi's and my 4 y old baby boy is very nervous about strangers and grooming. After the appointment he was not only beautiful but also relaxed and happy. I already made my second appointment. Thank you Zuzi!

Real people , doing a great job , with a real good attitude , worth every penny , because Zuzi and her staff give a great service and when I see my dogs tail wagging , I'm happy because they are happy, she is one of the best , she is fantastic sorry they are fantastic at what they do , and they do it because they love what they do .

Terrible groomer, shaved our two shi-tzu dogs instead of grooming them. Not only did she not follow the brand guidelines for grooming, but they both returned injured from the shaving and required medical treatment. I won't recommend that you take your dogs to her.

Great, friendly service, my dog looked, smelt and felt super after sending her for a shampoo, nail clip and ear clean. Will definitely be coming back!
