Everything is in perfect order... It's just a pity that you have to spend more time to check out than to shop in the store... But, it rather proves the popularity of the store. Thank you for successful shopping ❗

Really disappointed with the service.My misses let me on the queue today to buy some of her stuff, and she goes to a different shop, trying to use efficiently our time.I go to the till, the lady on the till double charged me with a price of £18/item (total £36) for an item of £12, and in a matter of a second she goes on her break.Lucky I noticed the total amount was too high and I had to ask someone else who called the manager, a lady with short grey hairs(the manager).She says we can’t find this, I don’t know where it is and she asked me an unprofessional question after I explained that these are my misses stuff.Instead of asking “can you check with your misses?”, she says “where’s your misses gone?”, trying to make us like we actually stole 2 times of the same item.She took time to solve the Asda problem, didn’t apologised not even once for the inconvenience and what’s funny indirectly with unprofessional question trying to make us like we stole it, while I was waiting there with my little boy. Shame on her.So so disappointed.Finally with her rude attitude, she managed to find that it was Asda problem after long time waiting. And then she did refund it, again without apologising at all.

Poor Customer service, ANIL.Anil at the checkout doesn’t know how to talk…Due to busy store he was not bothered to answer any questions or guide regarding fireworks. Lady at the fireworks counter was not even bothered to show the scanning barcodes.Don’t know why the fireworks counter was kept at that store if they don’t want to sell it.

Great place for shopping. Many of the household essentials, clothes etc under one roof. Good quality items and reasonable prices.

Great store and well stocked, and very friendly staff too. Enjoyed my visit and managed to have a couple of cups of coffee in their restaurant. Just a helpful hint, the restaurant l noticed had a few damaged chairs that properly need replacing.

Always a very clean and tidy shop with a variety of stock. The only negative thing for me is that the queue sometimes is around the shop as they don't open upstairs tills anymore.

We visited the cafe for lunch today. The burger was hard and inedible, the curly fries were stale. Upon approach of getting a refund, the two ladies who run the cafe were rude and didn’t speak English very well. Not to mention the state of the lampshades, full of dust and dead moths. Not impressed. The store itself is normally well displayed, just a shame everything ends up all over the floor.

very good you can find almost anything you are looking for. I love kids clothes the most I just hope if to is better quality.

Didn't have the game i wanted in stock, probably because it was being sold at a very good price. Picked up some kids clothing, also good value. Only problem is length of queues at checkout. Please open the upstairs tills.

The place is nice but some stuff is quite pricey
