Jack and his team converted our old main bathroom into a wet room suitable for a person with a progressive condition as I have Motor Neuron Disease. The room was completely gutted and new pipe work, towel rail, radiator, Gerberit wash and dry toilet installed. A basin with grab handles, shower boards and rest fully tiled. High quality rainfall and hand shower, with shower seat and screen. New lighting and electrics including extractor fan. The door frame was widened for wheelchair access.It was a much bigger job than we realised and took a little bit longer than expected but the attention to detail and finished job is well worth it.We are very happy and the team, Paul, Neil and Simon plus the non slip flooring installer were all excellent.We would thoroughly recommend Jack and Darcy and Co. for anyone in a similar position.We were supported with a grant towards the work by the MND Association and Doddie Weir Foundation.

Jack was brilliant - lots of ideas and worked with us to create the most amazing bathroom. Work was was carried out to an extremely high standard - Jack has a very detailed eye for perfection and that’s what we got. Some great suggestions as we worked through the install enabling us to make little changes with a big impact. Overall you may have to wait for him (as he is in demand) but well worth the wait! We also had him do our downstairs toilet - and we wanted something stylish and practical - Jack came up trumps - we couldn’t be more pleased ,

Jack was professional and happy to help with a broken tap and replaced them quickly with ones he had in the van. He was also happy to come back and change them if we were not satisfied with them in a week. Will be calling him again if we need a plumber.

We recently have had our ensuite and main bathroom completely replaced. From the project pre start meeting until the end, Jack was alawys ready to discuss any problems as they occurred and offer soloutions. Jack was extremelyprofessional at all times and completed all the work on time and to a very high standard. Jack was always happy to discuss any changes we wanted to make and offer advice on possible alternatives to enhance the finish. The work area was left clean and tidy at the end of every day and Jack discussed the work that had been completed that day. So we were always kept up to date. We would highly recommend Jack to anyone and not hesitate to use them again for any future projects or plumbing jobs.
