Avoid at all costs. I had to print a bank statement for something and I requested one copy which the lady confirmed. As I was leaving I noticed another version had been printed so I asked the lady if she had a shredder to destroy the duplicate, she took the duplicate and said they didn't have a shredder. As it was a bank statement I asked for this document as they had no way of destroying it securely. She refused and said I had to pay for her mistake! She even admitted it was her mistake but would not give me a document with my private information on. Very rude and very unprofessional and probably not very legal either!

Great and quick service, the ladies working at this shop were great!If you have a hard time locating the shop, it's inside Asda just across from the checkout tills. You have to go all the way inside.I went for some passport photos and everything was done in less than 10 minutes on a busy Sunday. They took my photo, printed four photos, and sent me the digital version vis email, along with the link. All for £11.99. What more can you ask for?

Great service on a busy Saturday afternoon from Tara and Ines.I'd requested a bespoke service that the two staff admitted that they weren't experienced at, so they offered to mock up an example while I did my shopping; it was exactly what I asked for.They then provided me with the photo product, including framing in a prompt manner.Thank you both.

Management needs to come in and clean up the shop - a ceiling leak is coming down right in the middle. Went to get a passport photo done but no one was manning the store with no signage to suggest when they would return. Go to Timpsons at the front of Asda instead.

I am very disappointed in this branch. I ordered a photo mousemat first thing in the morning yesterday. I ordered from here because it was the only place that would guarantee christmas delivery. The order said it would be available to collect the same day from 1.48pm. I went to the store at 5pm to collect. I waited over 10 minutes to be seen which is understandable at Christmas, but when I was served I was told that my order was not completed because they had run out of mousemats that morning. I was advised they could do it the next day....not ideal considering the journey had cost me two bus fares and a nearly 2 hour round trip with a 1year old! The staff member said she would call me on the mobile number connected to the order when the mat was complete and ready to collect the next day. (Dont know why I wasnt called when my order could not be completed) That day is today and I have recieved no communication whatsoever to say it is ready. According to Google the store is now closed and I cannot even call to check my order will be ready tomorrow. I do not have another day off before Christmas so have to ask someone to go out of their way and collect it for me.Not great service at all. I will end up spending more to collect the item than the item itself cost!

I went to this shop to take passport photos. I need to apply for two countries. The staff took one photo but created two separate orders without warning us. I was charged twice, which is nearly £23 for 2 sets of identical photos and digital files. The second set is totally wasted.

I was in there today for a UK passport photo and I got exactly what I needed. Great service and a lovely lady that served me!
