Manchester Chorlton Street coach station

The manager is great.The facilities are good. Bright, modern, straightforward, pleasant place (for a coach station)

Was a place of work when on National Express driving but considering the size of the coach station for a city like Manchester its only got 8 coach parking bays & I think it's time to build a brand new site somewhere on the edge of the city & make it more accessible.

In a conveniently central location but a rather small facility for the number of passengers it needs to process. Kept clean. Perpetuates the disgraceful practice in the UK of charging to use the toilet facilities. Clear arrivals and departures boards, though the text is rather small.

Just wanted to speak about Station manager Leigh and her team, including security.I was witness to the aftermath to one passenger being assaulted by another without cause.As a security supervisor, I am definitely relaying the proficient, effecient and effective approach to dealing with vulnerability, to my team, as an example of commitment to customer service and welfare. I can say that having spent the length of the trip from Manchester to London, with the victim, she had faith in humanity. This is mostly due to the efforts of Leigh and her team having scruples and a coherent sense of professional ethic.Thank you.

Legend Martin helped us get home when we booked our coach a month later than intended. Not all heroes wear capes. Some wear hi vis.

Very good place

So I have been into the station today to buy some tickets for next weeks travel, wasn’t quite sure of which was the best station to get off at for where I needed to be. An assistant couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful, unfortunately didn’t get his name but it’s the lady who needed to get to Bexleyheath in London. Thank you so much for your help and the App you helped me download so I won’t get lost in London. You are a star with great customer service x

Toilets were disgusting despite having to pay 30p for the priveledge. Paper all over floor and even a toilet brush lying amongst it. Combined with a strong smell of urine I wonder where the 30p charge goes!
