I’m honestly shocked at the lack of customer service at this shop. I’m made to feel like an inconvenience whenever I visit & wait up to 10 days with no communication for a key. I’ve been told that they priority big jobs because there is no profit on smaller jobs which I understand but to make a paying customer feel this way is not necessary especially when you have a reputation to protect.I never give feedback but wanted to give a honest review after several visits to this store.

I called at the shop at 1130am. At 2.30pm same day right on time a very pleasant young man called and within 30minutes he had efficiently completed the 2 doors which needed repairs. I was pleasantly surprised at the price charged, which was very important. I will recommend this firm to anyone who asks for a locksmith.

The lock on my front door broke on Saturday morning and I assumed that I wouldn’t be able to get this fixed until the Monday. I called city locks and they were out within the hour. Very reasonably priced and fantastic customer service. I’ll be recommending them to all of my friends and family moving forward.

Can not recommend city locks enough! I called these guys out during a crisis when I was locked out. Quick and efficient service, very friendly. Since then I have used them for all of my locks needs. Brilliant
