Love B&M. Such a great shop. Fantastic products at good prices. Lots of choice.Was on holiday and found this B&M so was able to buy what I needed (and more as I always do when I visit a B&M).Shop assistants were friendly and didn't have to queue long at the till.

Huge store. Reasonable priced and so much to buy, from food to toilet rolls to clothes and stationery. Definitely need a shopping trolley and not a basket. Easy access just off the A30 Penzance and large car park.

This has to be the largest B&M store I've ever been in.It's massive !!If you cannot find what you're looking for in here then you'll never find it !Till service was fast too which is unusual for this chain.Large car park.Recommended.

Customer service is always good and store is good but absolutely disgusted with the heat in the store all the staff are hot and exhausted even just walking through the store is causing customers to sweat ! It's so uncomfortably hot I even asked a worker how she copes and she said shes lucky they have the door open it is disgraceful and I can't believe it is legal to work in that heat in the height of summer it is cooler outside then in that store !

I don't understand the witch craft or sorcery that B&M use but for some reason my wife thinks its magical so any time I look like I might be relaxing a little bit too much it's off to the great hall of tat and after a hour has disappeared I find myself walking through the car park with with my arms full of gingerbread flavoured candles, a giant box of detergent, new mob and a pot of paint for her next project that she'll start at 11.45 that night

Fantastic customer service 6 pm 14/2/23 I dropped my green knit jumper in store ( I thought) and the amazing lady staff member at the till searched everywhere with me to find it , took my number to inform me if they found it. Thank you so much for being so kind!I have since found it on the road outside and wanted to let her know . Thank you for fantastic customer care it meant a lot!
