Ringinglow Dental Practice

I haven't been to the dentist in a number of years so was mildly dreading my first visit here. All the staff are lovely who communication clearly and give plenty of opportunities to ask questions. Information provided is useful and nothing is pushed on you that isn't necessary. I actually enjoyed my visit and almost look forward to my annual check up.Due to the on going issues with NHS dentist places I did go private so can only speak of that experience but would like to think that NHS patients would have a similar experience

Had a really great experience at Ringinglow Dental with Mei. She was so friendly and professional, she put me at ease even though I am fairly nervous about going to the dentist. She gave me a thorough check up, explained what she was doing/going to do, took xrays to keep my records up to date and even showed me them and explained them to me. It was really reassuring seeing my xrays and understanding them!

I would not recommend this practice.Just had 1 visit. As I was fed up waiting to be accepted as NHS patient, so paid privately. Treatment was good but the Dr was trying to persuade me to spend more money.After the treatment they did not provide a detailed receipt that complied with my Insurer ( so did not get refunded and lost money) as apparently their systems are not up to par. So clearly they do not invest in IT.They then also cancelled my next appointment by text notification and did not bother to call and reschedule.I then also heard from other friends who were on the waiting list to get on as NHS patience, that they also waited for a few years and it seems they are happier to get money as private patience then get them on as NHS.I would not recommend this practice to anyone.

I'm incredibly grateful to Soolav and Della for your kindness and patience at my appointment last week. As someone who has a fully-fledged phobia of the dentist, you two were all I could ask for, giving me moments of pause throughout the treatment so that I could keep my panic in check, and most of all, by not making me feel embarrassed about my anxieties. For anyone else in a similar boat, I'd highly recommend them for their kindness and professionalism. Thank you, and see you in 3 months!

Mei & Bella at Ringinglow Dental Practice were excellent.Mei explained all about the procedure I had (extraction) & put me at ease. Highly recommend.

I have been registered at this practise since I was a child, and booked a check up in 2021 which was cancelled because of covid. I tried to rebook just now but was told that I'm no longer an NHS patient there because I haven't been since 2021, and the practise has changed hands. It seems like this would now be a decent dental practise if you're looking for private care, but it has been taken over by a new company so they have no care for former patients unfortunately.

After visiting ringinglow dental my whole life I have recently switched to kimi after the retirement of mr burnham. I instantly felt at ease and welcomed by kimi, so is one the loveliest women I’ve ever met!! I recently cracked my front tooth on holiday and she’s spent several appointments building it back up for me and also cleaning and polishing my teeth. She is so professional and amazing at her job I cannot thank you enough Kimi! You’re a breath of fresh air!

Utterly impressed with Ashford my hygienist today, thorough and gentle with the cleaning and very considerate. Considering I have some deep pockets with the back molars, the cleaning of these were excellent and hardly felt anything. Thank you Ashford and to Bella for being so caring. My faith is restored.

I’ve just moved to Ringinglow Dental practice and have visited 3 times now. I highly recommend Kimi is an amazing and professional dentist. She eased nervous during treatment. My family are very love her.
