The Hopetoun Practice
Everything takes at least 4 weeks here. The registration, taking a medical report, or anything else even if it is emergency. I could get my first appointment with a proper doctor only after 6 months from the time I need urgent medical advice. I dont know how other GPs work, but this is by far the most terrible medical system I have ever experienced among many other countries.

This is the best GP practice I’ve ever been to. Even though they must be stretched thin, like every practice, the reception staff are always friendly and helpful and it’s not difficult to get an appointment when needed. The GP that I deal with regularly is also kind, thoughtful and helpful. Really couldn’t ask for more!

I have been with this practice for over 30 years. Staff have come and gone but I have never had any reason to feel unhappy about the service I have had from Dr Russell and his team.I feel truly blessed to have such support when I need it. Thank you for all you do.
