From start to finish of selling our home Nick from Martin and Co has simply been exceptional !Communication was fantastic, calls were returned quickly if not immediately. Nick and the Team were welcoming and professional. His knowledge and experience of the whole process of how to sell a home (and how to navigate the Land Registry) was crucial to get our sale over the line. Andrew Dear was our seller's estate agent. However, he has helped us on many occasions, as buyers that he does not represent. He consistently went out of his way to liaise on a number of matters, and was pragmatic and reasonable when responding to enquiries. He was responsive, taking time at evenings and weekends if he had not got back to us the same day. We believe that Andrew's involvement has 100% ensured that the purchase (and sale) of the property has proceeded.
