Can’t get an appointment due to covid lockdowns, and then there’s a ridiculously long wait for appointments. Only to then find that because it’s been more than two years since my last appointment that my name has been removed from their register and they won’t see me as an NHS patient anymore.

I am lucky enough to be an NHS patient at this practice. I recently needed an emergency appointment as I had developed an abscess and the extremely helpful receptionist sorted one out for me and I was soon taking antibiotics and on the way to recovery.

We recently joined the practice and what a lovely team. A special thank you to Aileen our first point of contact who is very efficient, caring and professional. Also Mebisha the Dentist and her Dental Nurse Sarah brilliant care and treatment.Thank youGill WhitfieldJen Roberts

Had an appointment on the 1/2/23 with mydentist and the staff and treatment was excellent sorted my painful problem out virtually straight away

I wasn't looking forward to going to the dentist after having a bad experience at my previous dentist, but I had no need to worry as Mabisha made me feel relaxed, she explained everything she was doing and also kept making sure I was ok during my treatment, I would highly recommend this dentist

After a long lay off due to Covid, a warm & friendly welcome at reception, in & out.Very reassuring treatment from the dentist Robert, who as usual was happy & yet professional. He set my wife at ease, as she is extremely nervous.Great job all round guys.Thanks B

Joined Mydentist Fearnhead after my long term dentist moved there. Jenny is absolutely amazing and I wouldn’t trust my teeth with anyone else to the point where I travel from Stockport to see her. Yesterday she performed root canal surgery, being an anxious person this had worried me but she explained the procedure honestly and let me know what to expect. I felt comfortable and without pain throughout the whole surgery.The practise take great care to make sure staff and patients are COVID safe and the PPE they have to wear during invasive procedures clearly is painful and inhibiting yet they continue with a smile and a comforting demeanour.I would recommend Jenny to anyone who’s nervous of dentists and suffers from anxiety as she’s just fantastic.Thank you Jenny and the whole team at Mydentist Fearnhead.
