Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Walsall

I had an appointment at 9:30 and wasn't seen by anyone after on hour and a half. I went back to receptionist to confirm what time my appointment was and he informed me that someone has moved me down the list. If that wasn't enough I chose some glasses and was called to collect them upon arrival I received one pair that I choose and a separate pair of glasses that's from the women's range.They they rectified it and return a week later and they didn't make My second pair of glasses into one for driving.I was very disappointed with the service I received, it's like I wasn't listened to by the staff.

Jag Uppal and his team at Specsavers were brilliant. There was no waiting and was seen straight away. Jag was very professional and gave me the best advice about my eyes. I was then left with the customer service team who provided excellent care when choosing my glasses. Overall I was very happy with my experience at Specsavers and would recommend this place as the go to for eyes & hearing tests.

Service at this branch is consistently poor.I had an app for an eye test & contact lenses health check booked and was parking when I received a call from Specsavers saying my app had been cancelled as 'they had been booked the wrong way around'.I had actually booked a day off work to attend this appointment which was completely wasted due to Specsavers miscommunication and lack of basic checks. This last minute cancellation of caused a huge waste of time, wasted journey, loss of income, wasted cost of parking, wasted annual leave and massive inconvenience.Also I recently left some glasses at Specsavers which needed the lenses changing... they were supposed to call when they were ready to collect. After a week had passed I called the branch and they said that they were in fact ready to collect, however nobody from the branch had remembered to actually call and let me know. So I was left with no glasses for over a week due to Specsavers Walsall yet again falling short of the absolute basics in customer services. Disappointed but not surprised.

Went for free specs cleaning and nose pads replacement, glasses weren't cleaned and I had to clip the pads properly myself. I know it is a free service, but why offer it if you are not going to even try. Last time me and my partner spent over £300 there. They won't see another penny of mine.

Lovely, friendly staff, very professional, excellent service, great prices. Despite being so busy, answered all my questions, helped with the frames, brilliant. Thank you

It was a nice wierd experience. :). We had an appointment felt the on line form and we had to do it again. From the consulting point of view it was ok. The shop is really dirty even the doctor machinery plastic glass it was sprayed with something but not cleaned . All the glasses as well. A bit more efficiency of the employers will be great

I received brilliant service at Specsavers Walsall today by a member of staff named Phil. Phil was very welcoming, friendly and patient. Phil answered all of my questions in a helpful manner and provided good advise with the type of glasses that would suit my needs. Thanks Phil
