Such an amazing gym. The staff are only too happy to help and don't make you feel unwelcome at all. I am a plus size woman and feel comfortable to train again even after the big break I had. Holly showed me around and is so nice and easy to talk to. Highly recommended

Horrible and loud music. Why? Why? Why? We all have headphones these days, and we know how to turn the volume up. Tiny changing room. But... Panatta equipment

I absolutely love this gym. I've been a member since it opened but didn't go until a week ago. I had this terrible thought it would be full of meat heads thinking they are solid and would be insulting towards a chubby guy but how wrong am I. Honestly if you are feel intimidated don't be. Everyone is there to get fit or keep fit. I'm going with a couple of friends but don't hold it off. Staff are lovely. You will become addicted and feel better from going.
