David is such a professional person who shows empathy and understanding at the worst time of your life.Nothing is a problem and he shows so much respect for the living and the people who have died.All the little things that mean a lot are the important things.Wonderful company

I cannot rate this firm highly enough. David is dignity personified. His staff are very courteous and caring. They have supported us through the funerals of both of my parents. Mum and dad were treated with such respect. An example of this was that they conveyed my loved ones in coffins from home and walked before the hearse taking them to the funeral home. No body bags ! Nothing was too much trouble. David talked us through the details patiently, taking time to make sure we got the funerals we wanted. I can't thank them enough for their support at such difficult times.

Myself and my family live in Canada and in January I lost my dear sister,who had prearranged her funeral with David.Myself and my family were overwhelmed with the compassion and the care of every detail that David and the staff took with my sister's cremation and service. As I was unable to make the journey for the funeral David phoned me several times to include me in some of the arrangements which gave me so much comfort at a difficult time to know everything was taken care of so well. My son and his wife were over for the service and David made arrangements so that they could bring my sister's ashes home with them. This was my sister's wish and they are now here with us in our local cemetery .David also arranged for me to have a video of the service which was so beautiful.Thank you David,Helen and everyone who had a part in taking care of everything for us and for your sincere hearts.Ann and family.

I recently used the Services of David Henderson-lloyd when my mum died. I can't recommend DHL enough. Dean managed everything for us in a very respectful and caring way. Nothing was too much trouble. We had some challenges with the local authority managing the cemetery where mum was to be buried beside my dad. Dean was determined that we would get what we wanted and and indeed we did. They certainly went the extra mile to ensure mum got the funeral service we wanted.

David and his team looked after my mum lately with the deapest respect and care for her just as they did with my dad 15 yrs ago they helped us put them to rest together again with the greatest respect and lovely service from start to finish wer great with all my family helping us through this sad time myself and family are very great full to all

David and his team dealt with our baby daughter Amélie's death with phenomenal dignity, empathy, and grace. We wouldn't have wanted or trusted anyone else to send her to the stars so beautifully.David and his team also gave my Grandpa the most dignified, beautiful farewell imaginable after a life very well lived.
