What a great addition this is to Overstrand! Absolutely amazing coffee, cakes and food. We had the best breakfasts we had aver had out here this week on holiday.

Went for short bus ride from Cromer to Overstrand for a walk and a coffee. Nice for a walk, but very little else there except a choice of coffee shops (there are several). We chose The Gangway. The latte was OK, but not great, and the staff not quite warm" enough to encourage a revisit. Garden centre looked very nice though."

Had a great breakfast 3 days on the trot with my daughter, 2 mins walk from ivy farm caravan park. Perfect breakfast and lovely staff.

Coffee is great. food was amazing and impressive. I felt it was very reasonably priced for the quality and size. Excellent service. We will definitely be back again.

Food was good and the staff helpful, but it was very cold in the cafe and therefore not very welcoming. I would rather not sit and eat in my overcoat!! Will not be inclined to revisit until summer.

Stunning breakfast, best milkshakes and caramel frappuccino we have ever had. Service was lovely and friendly staff. Will be returning : )

I genuinely love this place, when we’ve been before we’ve had a good Breaky, the coffee is great, it’s so pleasant, the staff are lovely but the food today wasn’t overly amazing. I think you guys have to be careful with the pricing. One bit of gluten free bread with basic smashed avo for £6/6.50. Not even an egg in sight. That’s just a tad pricey really. To be fair, I did get asked if I wanted 2 bits of bread but then I should have been charged half price for 1 as it was only for my 1 year old. Sorry guys, but 1 latte, bacon sarnie and 1 bit of gluten free bread with some avo for £17… just a little bit steep there guys. Thanks.

My husband and I went to the cafe yesterday for a bite to eat at lunchtime. We found the menu very limited for lunch choices so settled for 2 bacon baguettes priced at £4.50 each and 2 glasses of orange juice. The food seemed to take quite a while to come even though it was not busy. The bacon baguettes were actually Granary torpedo rolls, with 2 rashers of bacon, lots of horrible catering spread had been used. The orange juice was in a squat tumbler with more ice than orange juice. We had a tea and coffee, I thought the tea was meant to be from a local company but was just your regular catering teabags. We have been there a few times to have coffee and a scone but even there scones are overpriced at £3.00! Unfortunately we will not go there again.

Lovely cooked food ( fish & chips & burger). Decorated very well. Charming staff. A bit draughty where we sat, disappointed no decaff coffee and some cakes are not as light as could be.That said, would happily return.

Poor selection of drinks as sold out. Asked if anything was missing on food menu and told no. Then ordered toasties and all 3 were missing crisps then asked where they were to be told we sold out. Staff didn't seem bothered that I was charged for something I never received. Poor service and disappointing as really nice place to go
