The appointment was on time and professionally undertaken. Our eye scans were prompt and good value for money. My wife's new glasses were ready within the time period given. The staff are polite, courteous and efficient.

Very friendly, efficient and I have had no problems with their prescriptions. They also have some very up to date test equipment. Not cheap but, in my experience of opticians, you definitely get what you pay for.

Very helpful staff who can provide good recommendations for frames that suit you. They welcome questions and are very approachable. They are enthusiastic about the lenses they use and I can see a big difference in the anti-reflection compared to spec savers.

Excellent service as always, for both myself and my daughter. Knowledgable and friendly staff, a thorough eye examination and good choice of frames. Their lenses are also higher quality than others. Wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

Amazing service received on my recent visit. I Called in at random to enquire about an eye test and was given an appointment for the following morning by the friendly and helpful reception staff.The examination by Helen was extremely professional and comprehensive and included tests other opticians don't seem to bother with. After choosing frames I met Steve who was brilliant, he advised me on every aspect of lenses and I was more than happy to follow his recommendations.Overall a great experience and I will definitely return.

What a fantastic opticians with exceptional service. I really was in the mire when I decided to stand on my glasses, rendering them useless. In desperation I contacted them and they sorted it for me, with a smile and so helpful and polite. I will definitely go back there for my next pair of glasses. To top it off, the frames were even adjusted to fit my head properly, just blown away. Thank you so much for your help.
