Not great, constantly promising improvements that never come, no interest in looking after the occupiers, they instantly offer to let you out of your lease as a scare tactic if you complain about anything. A cheap rental and good location, but people deserve better.

They need to be better at handling complaints, fixing the bug infestation issue with the windows and drafts. The agency Sterling's are less than understanding to residents raising any issues of an expensive problem to fix. They claim individuals owe much more than they do. They don't appear to follow any housing covid 19 housing legislation and hound individuals for very small value rent debts. Daily telephone calls numerous home visits it doesn't seem very legitimate. Apparently the attitude of staff is they just don't care I think they probably SHOULD... They also own the butchers which is another source of their income.

Love living here, it's quite, safe, everything is available around and it's all a walking distance from the many grocery shops, supermarkets, Funiture & household shops, Bakeries, Tesco Extra, buss stopes that can take you any where you want to go, pharmacies, Banks, Barber shops, beauty salons, Dentist Clinic, Medical Practices, Labrary, Beautiful Parks, The Job Centre and so much more. And the property agency that is responsible for it accept to rent for people who recieve benefits.

Lovely place to live, private flats above the precinct, dead handy for all the buses and the motorway, private car park and there's a Greggs downstairs and a MacDs up the road or KFC on the corner. It's only 2 minutes over the road for the bingo tooWinner!!
