I enjoyed my visit, because there was no pressure to buy on the spot and the sales people were happy to answer my questions. I ordered fabric covered furniture at a very reasonable price and am looking forward to seeing it in about 6 weeks.

Very impressed with the variety of products sold here, pretty much every relevant product you can think of. Store is clean and spacious with a very nice atmosphere.Good deals and payment options available although I recommend asking for specific details as not everything is as it reads.Staff are very helpful and polite when enquiring, but when I first entered the store I was constantly approached and questioned. Yes I did go in with the intention to buy but wanted time to browse and choose. I understand the need and benefits for staff to make a sale but you need to allow customers to actually look first.Overall pleased with my experience and left with a comfy new sofa on order.

No after sales service to resolve any problems.Made the purchase, paid up front, waited delivery. Delivered on time. So far so good. Unfortunately the furniture ordered differed in size to the show room model by approximately 4 inches, which caused a huge problem. I went back into the showroom and saw the manager. She rang customer service, I was told costumer services would ring me back. I went home and waited and heard nothing. I could see the problem I had with the furniture could be resolved by turning the double door and frame around to enable the double doors to open into the hallway. I contacted a carpenter. Meanwhile I still hadn't heard from SCS Customer Services!! Arranged for the doorframe to be turned around. The problem has now been resolved but still haven't heard from SCS costumer services Am I satisfied with SCS and their after sales service? Although I'm now satisfied with the furniture, I let the reader draw their own conclusion how satisfied they might be with the entire experience.

I’d highly recommend the sales professional Andrew at SCS in Llanelli. He was very friendly, professional and helpful towards my mother who was purchasing furniture and flooring. He was very informative and provided brilliant customer service. He allowed my mother plenty of time to consider the options and gave great service with no pressure.

Bought a table and chairs from this place last year and one of the chairs have broken in half. We have been told today that the warranty does not cover it because it's just ran out. Joke of a place will never shop in this place again.

Absolute scam! Waiting for management yet again to get back to me. Pulled a fast one for the second time.Also if you ever get insurance that costs £250!!!!!! This is a real important factor but it does NOT cover odour! They say it covers accidental damage, baby accidents and pet accidents but ut doesn't it only covers colouring! They twist words and hide truth just to get the sales of this.We were also fobbed on the foam upgrades and are 5 months in waiting on management to get back to us.. the excuse is he is away and will call on return and we never get anything!!

Terrible service. Been waiting over 6 weeks for our new sofa, which was estimated to arrive 5th May, but its been delayed 5 or 6 times, and we were never made aware it could take this long! We bought our first home in April and were really excited to get a new sofa but all the delays and waiting have taken all of the excitement away and we've been 2 months without a sofa now. I emailed a complaint and was told it would be delivered today, but we get a message just before 7am saying the driver hurt his foot and they haven't got any other drivers so our delivery has to be rescheduled! It just seems to be excuse after excuse and I've had to take time off work today as was expecting the delivery, so that's also been wasted! Wouldn't use scs again and definitely not recommending to friends and family.
