Friendly, knowledgable and professional, service with care. I have regular appointments with Sarah who is a top notch physio, able to answer all sorts of questions and very generous with her time. Roxy and Graham are also excellent! Di and Lisa the reception team are very nice and welcoming too.

A huge thank you to Graham for such a caring and positive appointment.After 7 months with a running knee injury that wouldn’t let me train properly and left me constantly worried, I made my first visit to Body Rehab.Within the first hour Graham had talked through my training history, done a physical diagnosis/ ultra sound, and given me a 1:1 practical gym session of the exercises I would need to do to strengthen my body and knee enough to carry on doing ultramarathons.Aftercare included an online training portal with all my exercises and a list of sports massage therapists local to me who could complement Graham’s work.Excellent facilities and a really professional and friendly team mean I will be going back to take part in the sports fitness programme in the near future.Edit Update: Thanks to the team I have now completed my first 100 mile Ultra Marathon. This is something that seemed impossible only a few months ago. Thanks once again.

Had a great session with Laura last week. 1st time visiting the Body Rehab Clinic and Laura was fantastic, so knowledgeable and keen to help improve my condition. My legs feel so much better now the muscles have had some tlc. The team at the Body Rehab Clinic are amazing.
