I was provided with value checkers to supply a replacement phone. Once dispatched, the phone arrived very quickly but I had to wait quite a while for the device to be stocked before they could send to me which caused inconvenience. Customer service on the phone however was always helpful.

Absolute s*** show from start to finish with these guys! They said that they would be quick with my MacBook Pro and call it a priority fix. From start to finish it took 3 weeks. Waiting for parts and the insurance to confirm the fix.Understandable, I guess.What has annoyed me the most is that the machine is almost a frankenlaptop" now. The LCD doesn't show that it's a MacBook Pro (photo to prove) anymore so I doubt the legitimacy of the parts used. The screen is also noticeably dimmer than another MacBook Pro of the same age in the house.I dare to open the back to see what they have done to the logic board.The battery doesn't hold as much charge as the last one and now doesn't show the amount of time left

I received amazing service from Value Checkers, they collected my damaged MacBook Pro the next day and a replacement was sent within 3 working days. I would like to say a special thank you to Arran, who was extremely helpful and supportive throughout the whole process.

Brilliant service - I lost my phone, claimed insurance through So-Sure and Value Checkers were absolutely brilliant. Told them that I didn't care about the colour of the mobile and, after a short wait, got next day delivery on what looks like a new device. Superb service. They kept me informed at all times reference my iPad which was totally damaged. They notified John Lewis insurance company for replacement iPad. I should hopefully receive it tomorrow via DHL. Thank you so much Value Chekers.

Excellent experience from start to finish. I had accidentally damaged my laptop, contacted my insurers and Value Checkers arranged to collect my laptop next day. One week later and I have a new laptop with the old hard drive attached. Arran answered any questions I had quickly. A great experience from start to finish. Thank you!

Had a phone stolen whilst on holiday so I put a claim into my house insurance and within half an hour Value Checkers had emailed me.They asked me to send the IMEI number from the box then sent me the link to pay my excess and then rang me to say they had a phone in stock and had also upgraded it from an Iphone 13 to a Iphone 14 which would be delivered the next day - Brand New!!All in all I rang to log the claim on the Thursday and had my phone by Saturday lunchtimeI cannot recommend them enough they were friendly,, knowledgable & very helpful5 star service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
