Whiteley's provided a very professional service carrying out all work as requested and everything was left very neat and tidy. They were a pleasure to deal with. We have used other contractors over the years, but none have come up to the standard set by Whiteley's.

Initially I asked Whiteleys to tidy up overgrown hedges to the front and rear gardens at my home. They did such a good job that I asked them to take out several trees from the back garden and replace them with fast growing Laurels to hopefully provide a natural and attractive perimeter with my neighbour affording us both privacy and improving the amount of sunlight to our gardens.I have to say that at the outset I didn't know exactly what I wanted and it was only after Bryn Whiteley offered me some ideas and options that the notion of establishing a laurel hedge took hold. I am so pleased with the result! Bryn has a most unassuming and helpful manner in offering suggestions and alternatives backed up by a wealth of expertise and experience. The guys who work for him are extremely hard working, have a strong work ethic to please the customer and are immaculate in tidying up after themselves. They also happen to be some of the nicest lads you could ever wish to meet. And I mustn't forget the organisational skills and efficiency of Vicky in the office who kept me informed of what would happen and when. All in all they provide a first class service. I am great believer in the old adage that good people are always busy " so my only advice to prospective customers would be to plan ahead to book their services but once you do you will not be disappointed with their efforts and results!"

We had Whiteley's round this week to trim some trees and bushes in the garden. They did a fantastic job, left the garden really neat and tidy and the garden looks great. Very friendly lads would highly recommend this company. G. Brown.

I rang them about three weeks ago asking for them to quote for a job. The man said he was not quoting for new work at the moment as his wife was in hospital and should ring back in two or three weeks’ time. I did this on Friday and he said he would call me over the weekend but wouldn’t be able to do the work for at least a couple of months. He never called me and I am really annoyed that they messed me around for so long. I have now arranged for a quote from Greenhaus. Their attitude was totally different. They were very friendly, responsive and keen to provide the quote. Whiteley’s have some serious learning to do on how to treat potential clients.

Amazing customer service Bryn is the most Jolly chap nothing is too much trouble would highly recommend.

We were impressed initially with a very competitive quote that included tree felling, ground clearance, fencing and landscaping. We have not been disappointed with the high standard of work in fact we have been 'wowed' by the transformation and the exacting standard , not only of the completed work but also the communication and professional but friendly approach. We look forward to using you again in 2017 to transform our back garden . I would not hesitate to recommend you to anybody considering transforming any outside area. Genuinely and literally down to earth! I wanted to use a local business and found the service to be excellent. Good communications via email or phone up front and I always felt like they understood what I wanted. Their approach is no nonesense. They have turned my back garden (fairly new home) into something that resembles a garden rather than just turf. Prices were competitive too. Why can't it always be like this?Also, they have an excellent shop selling fresh produce.Thanks again
