D&T Wise

Took my car here for the first time and after having taken my car to different garages to try identify and rectify the problem, these guys definitely know their stuff and I’m super pleased with everything. Service was great - kept me updated and was super quick! Definitely saved me from going into an actual BMW garage and I will 100% keep returning to D&T in future! :)

Amazing garage, so glad someone recommended them to me. The guys were fantastic, really knowledgeable and on hand super quick to get my car in. Have only ever used a main mini dealer previously but will certainly be going back to D&T Wise next time my car is in need.

Rob and dan were so helpful, would recommend to anyone, way cheaper than main dealer, all genuine bmw parts. Will be coming for sure !

I have used D&T Wise for 10 years now, firstly for my 1996 E38 and more recently my 2003 E46. They have always provided excellent, professional and trustworthy service. Service and maintenance work is always done to a high standard and their customer care is first class. Sure, there's always someone else who is cheaper but my priority is reliability and peace of mind. They have always provided great advice and I highly recommend them. I recently used their service and I couldn't be more impressed. From the moment I made the booking to the drop-off, and collection the customer service was excellent, friendly and great advice. Due to a miscommunication on my part they agreed to do my MOT the following day within hours. So grateful !I highly recommend this car service to anyone in need of a reliable car service for their mini. I am not local but I'll definitely be a returning customer!

Been a customer of the garage for 2+ years,every issue I have gone in with it has been sorted in a very small time frame which is great for me as I use the vehicle for work! They cater for all different types of jobs,I’ve had my timing chain replaced,oil pump replaced,stem seals,water bottle replacement ,they cover from basic mechanical to actual engine work,to find this within a garage is very rare.The customer service from d and t wise is top notch, I’ve never been disappointed as I’m always getting updates on my repair. Great workmanship from the specialist mechanics within the garage,quality work! If you have a bmw with issues,get yourself down here and get it repaired by people who actually know about your car! Can I just note that I live in Essex and travel all the way to bexleyheath because they are such a trustworthy garage!

My Mini Cooper vehicle status displayed a ‘drivetrain’ error which I have learned can cover a multitude of problems. D&T Wise ran diagnostics which flagged an exhaust vanos fault. I was quoted £945 for work and all parts should they need replacing. My car got fixed this week, only the valves needed to be replaced so cost was £476. So happy to have found an efficient honest garage. I would highly recommend the team.

If you would like a massive bill for works that don't need carrying out, then go to d&t wise. Drivetrain issue on bmw m135i. Quoted £1850 for a new valve tronic motor and eccentric shaft. After a second opinion, car was fixed for £150. Turns out the valvetronic spring broke, and lifted it off its seating. After a new spring, cars golden. Avoid avoid avoid
