Aj and the white rose team were absolutely amazing. When my mum passed away I was so stressed about what to do with funeral, I didn’t even know where to start. Aj and white rose walked me through every step and gave me an affordable price for an amazing service. I would highlyrecommend them.

For my family and I, it was a struggle dealing with the fact that our mum and grandmother was no longer with us. It still is a struggle. But on the day which was stressful and sad, we felt we were taken care of. AJ and the team from the very beginning were dignified and patient with 3 siblings trying to work out what to do and make unbelievably hard decisions. The day itself was solemn and professional. With the unexpected passing of our beloved mum/nan, our family were thrown into the deep end of planning arrangements. This was the first time we had a close family member pass away and we were very lost. White Rose Funerals & Memorials were very understanding and patient when organising my grandmother's cremation. AJ was calm and made us feel at easy. He explained everything and answered all of our questions with so much kindness. I was very pleased with White Rose funerals service. They treated us with with kindness and integrity. They took care of my daughter with dignity and respect. With this small independent funeral director we had a more personal service. The staff were absolutely amazing and very smartly dressed as for the occasion. The flowers were beautiful and everyone commented on them. They made me proud to have my daughter Teresa looked after so well what a beautiful send off for my Beautiful girl. Firstly I like to thank AJ and his family for their amazing support during a very difficult time. I personally found White Rose as being very professional and sympathetic at the same time. They provided a great service from the start to the finish explaining the whole process and taking away the stress during this time.
