Found out we weren't given all choices for blinds. Requested the same information 5 times & was told by office staff that they would not send me this any more, even though they couldn't get it right . Said I should have asked for this from the beginning. Which is exactly what I did 5 times!! Rude and unprofessional.

I have been trying to get someone to come to my house and measure up for new blinds. No one seems to want to respond. They obviously don’t want/need the business. Very unprofessional.

Very good service in the shop,hope the fitting and product are as good .Fitted today smack on time the young man was very polite and professional, would highly recommend .

Told by others issue with blinds likely not to be able to be repairable and it was repaired in a short few minutes for a small charge.Honest, friendly and professional.

Went into the shop looking for venetian blinds. We were shown a range of types and colours. We chose the colour and style we wanted. We then we arranged for the estimator to call and measure and she came, measured, advised and quoted a price we were happy with. We paid a deposit at that time.The fitter came to install at the agreed date and time. He fitted them with no fuss or bother, done in very good time. Paid the balance. Thank you and goodbye.What a brilliant experience.... EVERYONE we came in contact with was proffessional, helpful, informative and advice given.And on top of all that..... THEY LOOK BRILLIANT.Thankyou charisma VERY happy to reccomend.

Recently we had slight problem with a blind that was fitted several months ago. Called Charisma to report the issue and they came out on the same day to rectify. Very impressive service and good quality blinds.
