I messaged Shaun because I had a leak and a blocked bath drain. Shaun replied very quickly and managed to fit me in the next day. Shaun called with an ETA arrived on time and was very polite. Shaun fixed the leak and did some impressive trouble shooting and found the problem and fixed it. We also found a second leak which Shaun sorted as well. Excellent plumber and a gentleman. Having been without heating and hot water for 3 days Shaun was able to fit us a new boiler at short notice and worked on a bank holiday to ensure our young family had access to heating and hot water again when no other local plumbers were responding to our pleas for help.Professional, knowledgable, fair and honest we will be keeping Shaun on hand for all future plumbing work if needed.
