Over 45 minutes after ordering to be served a cooked breakfast and a breakfast muffin.At 30 minutes I asked the server where my food was. She was polite and said they were short staffed but would get to it as soon as possible.Even with minimal staff 45 minutes wait for a cooked breakfast isn’t good enough. It wasn’t overly busy, at a guess I would say there were 5 tables sitting all waiting for food.The servers politeness stopped this being a 1 star review.This is my second visit both times have been slow service, I think it is unlikely there will be a 3rd visit.

So today me and my kids went and thought this food would be delicious and tasty however when i was ordering the lady was rude and had a ton of attitude now we had to wait more then 30 MINUTES!!!! I had to go to the counter and and ask they had totally forgotten all about our order now when we got our food we ordered a bacon sandwich and for the other order we ordered a egg bacon and hash browns the bacon sandwich was not cooked properly (the bacon ) and was just bread this was an terrible experience do NOT recommend

No rice. Can not do a mixed salad. Staffl ook untidy dirty uniform. Tables need cleaning

Excellent service here. Some lovely fresh meat here. We love the short rib of beef. It tastes amazing and slowly cooked in the oven or a slow cooker makes an excellent meal. We are so lucky to have a Butchers counter here and also a fantastic amount of meat available in refrigerated cabinets. All the old fashioned cuts are available and if you need help you can just ask at the counter! I call that great customer service.We have been coming here since this new store opened just over a year now.We can find everything we need in the one store and don't have to shop around like we used to , we travel here about 25 minutes in the car once a week and enjoy the experience.I have only written about the meat counter today, but all of the departments are good.The experience starts when you drive into the car park .Check it out!

Now me and my husband came here a few weeks back and food was absolutely delicious. Came today and bought my mum along because we were so happy with our experience from the last time and today was absolutely awful. My husbands pizza was nice and hot. My daughters meal was freezing cold, my dinner was freezing cold my scampi and chips tasted like it's come out of the fridge instead of oven, and my mums was warm but cold.The quality of the food is lovely, the fish my mum had was amazing quality however FREEZING!

Stepped in with the family for the first time today, visually the layout and presentation of the different food services are impressive.I tried to use the QR scanner to order as instructed by signage all over the place but couldn't get that to work, in the end I just used the website to order a meal and coffee for myself and the missus each and to order a kids meal for our little one, coffee came promptly and was actually very nice.However after about 30 minutes of waiting for the food a nice lady came and asked us if we wanted to change our orders or wait ten minutes for our original order and informed us that the free kids meal advertised was not available to us due to our method of ordering, we told her we would wait an extra ten minutes, but it was another 15-20 before the rest of our orders showed up, I was missing items off my order but didn't dare say anything as we didn't have the time to wait any longer, both of our cold drinks (copella apple juices) were no-shows and when we asked for them another server came and bought us over kids strawberry and apple juice cartons, I mentioned that we had ordered copella apple and she said she would try and find them, and to her credit she told us we could have the ones she had bought over anyway, about five minutes later she turned up with some apple and pear kids juice cartons(which weren't what we'd ordered, but she seemed so chuffed with finding them that we just smiled and thanked her).There were no knives available at the self-service utensils and condiments area so we ate most of what we had with forks and prayers.After eating we went to leave but the shop wouldn't let us out and held us hostage until we showed it evidence of our ordeal, so I then had to find the email receipt from my order to scan that like a tfl ticket in order to be released from Morrisons.Staff meant well but seemed a bit out of their depth, obviously somebody had a good vision of making this Morrisons cafe into a Wetherspoons style efficient use-app-to-order-to-table scenario, however it seems to be lacking a good restaurant manager or the training needed for staff to see this vision through to fruition.Shame really.

We was waiting 45 minutes and still had not received a drink. Poor service
