I have been a regular with Tara for a few months now and I have seen a huge improvement in my training and recovery. Her knowledge and experience really shines through and she tailors every session to suit my needs, whether that is a pre or post event massage or to focus on muscle groups that need more attention.Tara’s clinic is Lyneham is really cosy and welcoming with easy access and private parking. I visit for deep tissue sports massage but I can also thoroughly recommend her for anybody who is stuck at a desk all day or suffers from poor posture as the relief you get just from a single session is amazing!Thank you Tara!
