K9 Anytime Doggy Daycare & Luxury Hotel

Fantastic facility, doggy daycare provided with thought and care for happy dogs. The dog grooming spa is amazing. Friendly & knowledgeable staff.

Having moved to the area, I was looking for a new dog walker for Ted our Dachshund but soon came across K9 Anytime and I’m so pleased I did as its a fantastic place.Ted goes once a week usually when we’re both in the office & he adores it, and comes home to sleep all evening.Having recently been away for 10 days we used the Hotel facility, being Teds 1st time away from us I was a little worried but I shouldn't have been as he seems to have loved his time there, playing all day long with his doggy friends.Its an amazing place for dog socialising too as well as training which we have used. I couldn't recommend them highly enough..

I have revised my initial review and re-rated from one star to four stars.My first review was based solely on the induction experience I had, but having had a couple of conversations with K9 I have fed back my concerns and am pleased they have been handled well.I was provided a full refund on my induction fee and also offered the opportunity to take my dog back on a quieter day for a longer period of time.At this time I have declined the offer as my dog is now waiting for an operation on his mouth.I’d like to wait until he has recovered so that I know he represents himself well.On my calls with K9 I did state my gripe was not that my dog was turned away, but the fact he wasn’t given a real chance and that a pre-induction questionnaire would have enabled them to find out more about my dog’s behaviour. Perhaps I was too honest about his flaws before I left him and I should have let him represent himself!This is the only daycare facility in the area that has even allowed me to take my dogs for an induction - the others all have said there is no space or that my dogs would be too big. So for that, I do think K9 is better than other places.I will try again in a few months when my dog has recovered from his surgery as I recognise the importance of socialisation. With large dogs this is an even greater challenge due to the lack of opportunity available and hence another reason I am searching for daycare facilities.I totally understand that not all dogs will fit into the environment but I’m hoping K9 give my dog more than one hour to show them what he is like.He is an anxious dog but shows no aggression towards other pets or children having lived in a very busy household.One hour was simply not enough for him to settle and he was on edge the whole time.He may be a giant of a dog, but he has a malformed jaw that makes even eating a boiled egg a chore, let alone munching through a chihuahua so I know unless he sits on a dog there is little harm he can do.Just like many humans he takes time to adjust to a new environment.I’m hoping that K9 may provide that opportunity for him in a few months time

K9 was recommended to us and we found them to be very caring and competent, we were happy to leave our puppy with them to learn to play with other dogs as part of her socialisation.

Incredible place with wonderful staff - they definitely know their dogs. My little pal absolutely loves her time here. She was exposed to doggy socialisation as a pup at K9 Anytime, that early, positive experience absolutely formed the reliable, well-adjusted girl she has grown into. When I drop her off, I literally breathe a sigh of relief, knowing she will be looked after, loved, and have a great doggy day whilst I am working.Highly, highly recommend K9 Anytime - in a word - exceptional !!

I send Benny here on Fridays, goes in excited comes out happy and sleepy. He's gaining so much from socialising with the other dogs and the staff are so kind and helpful. I've asked a few questions regarding Benny's training and behaviour at home and they've always been willing to provide their expert advice.

Nowhere better to send your furry family member! The difference is the that the owners and the staff LOVE dogs, it is more than just a business to them and it shows in all our dealings with them. The setup for the dogs and the convenience for the owners is unparalleled. Fox couldn’t be happier!

Fantastic groomers, extremely friendly & helpful staff. They really listened and gave some brilliant advice/ feedback. Our little Blossom walked out looking beautiful & smelling amazing. Highly recommend, she was so happy and content when we picked her up, with a beautiful cut that was perfect for her. So happy with the service. Thank you to the K9 team, for looking after our little princess, so happy with the results… she is looking forward to her next visit.
