Seems a bit run down and shelves not full. Maybe staff shortages. The staff I saw were polite. Don't trust google maps to find this store it takes you to a residential area close by.

Most convenient supermarket for me to use, that is let down by inadequate stock levels. In-store baked bread appears to cater for early shoppers only, by late mid-morning (10:30 +-) generally sold out. Fruit and Veg often not on the shelf, but if you can find someone to ask, there's often stock in the storeroom. Makes shopping unreliable and frustrating apart from time consuming when stock has to be fetched from the storeroom. Cannot fault the staff, they are friendly and helpful when you can find one to help. Should be better, other ASDA stores are better. This one is not up to the same standard.

tried to get passport photo at the high price of 10 from instore machine that would not take money so i had a family member put on card the 10 pounds the photo wa bad and machine said not excepted tried a few times same result then it printed out photo a disgrace i tore them up put in bid how do you charge 10 pound for these bad photo instore said bad luck nothing we will do but i will by never using asda again taking 10 pounds get nothing but photo no good the same as i get in a reply from asda nothing no reply no answer just nothing so customers beware if you get a problem with this store THEY DONT CARE OR ANSWER

This shop has more empty boxes that outnumber this ones with goods in,fruit and veg full of empty trays , poor staff nobody filling shelves,even seen checkout staff eating while serving,need Whole new rethink this shop ,i have retuned to this shop a week later, and I must say it has vastly improved, shelves well stocked also plenty of staff on the floor, however the new cool cabinets make things awkward in the aisles, they cause congestion with customers crowding each other, overall a big improvement, I hope my previous post contributed to this , bumped you up to 5stars

Earlier this year I stopped going to this store which is so close to me because of the self scan app always playing up, never enough staff at the self scan tills , poorly stacked shelves and very short shelf life on products, I popped in yesterday as only needed a few bits and it was diabolical, clearly all the extra houses being built means they can't keep up with the demand, for goodness sake open some tills!

Not in the correct place on Google maps, If you use Google maps as a sat nav you end up in estate nearby going around in circles followed by other cars doing the same. Needs correcting.

Loved having a Asda so local but now gone wrong why oh why have they gone put doors on everything 100% a fail opening shutting doors on everything you want hate it hate it must be hell for there staff aswell so to be honest can’t be bothered going there now just bugs me big time Asda probably think nothing of my comment but I go elsewhere now unless they go back to there old ways plus finding elsewhere cheaper now aswell people do compare even if you think they don’t Asda pull your socks up please

This supermarket has gone downhill in my opinion. Fresh produce is so very limited. A lot less than used to be. Meat selection is limited too. Whenever we go in a lot of shelves are minimal if not empty... really dissapointed.
