Terrible shopping experience with this company. I contacted seller two weeks after placing my order, as it hadn't arrived. Seller told me that there had been a problem with a recent shipment, but the order had been dispatched. He was able to tell me this without asking for my name or other verification details. When I pointed this out to him, he proceeded to make several attempts at guessing my name, rather than just asking for my details...Eventually, after several wrong guesses, he gave in and asked for my name. My order details were then 'discovered' behind a box, but the order had still been posted, via first class post, the previous day!The order did eventually arrive, several days later. The seller included a dispatch note with the order, which showed the date of printing. Unsurprisingly, it was the same day that I had the telephone conversation with him.The story doesn't end there. The seller hadn't fulfilled the order. Some items were out of stock. The seller had scribbled a note on the dispatch form, stating that I had been refunded. He had enclosed a couple of 'free' items that I hadn't requested, and which didn't cover the cost of the missing items.Again, unsurprisingly, the refund didn't appear. Finally, almost seven weeks later, I've been able to obtain a refund for the missing items via Paypal. There has been no contact whatsoever from the seller.Sorry for the lengthy review. But it gives you an insight into the professional way that this company's business is conducted.
