Salamon Construction Ltd, completely refurbished my Belgravia apartment including electrics and plumbing new kitchen, bathrooms, floors, and bespoke furniture in 2018. They did a superb job on time and the quality of their work was excellent. I was also pleased with the follow up and after care - on a couple of occasions I needed Salamon Construction to do some additional work/repair some minor items which they did quickly and efficiently. Salamon Construction are easy to work with, they are very good at project management, and the projects are priced fairly.Following the work on my apartment they also did some work for the building to repaint the communal areas, repair the balcony above our apartment with had a huge leak, and general repairs needed in the building. Again the quality of their work and tradesmen was excellent.I recommend Salamon Construction for all repair, refurbishment and reconstruction work for your apartment and building.

Karol Salamon and his team did a great job for us. It was a relatively small but none the less quite fiddly job renovating an old vault, improving the outdoor steps so they are safe, a bit of plumbing and electricals, putting a door in, and redecorating inside and out. Karol was really responsive - he always arrived to discuss things at the time arranged, and replied to emails and texts quickly and sensibly. He finished within the time he estimated (which mattered to us because of a letting). He made suggestions to vary our ideas when he had a better or cheaper solution, which we very much appreciated. His team were reassuring, polite and reliable. The job was done to a good standard. The little jobs at the end were done with good nature and quickly. We were very happy with his work and recommend Karol unreservedly.

Karol and his team have worked on four projects for me. The largest was a major refurbishment of a derelict basement in central London. This involved creating a glass roofed extension with sliding glass doors totally opening to a courtyard garden. They also transformed the vaults under the pavement into an elegant shower room and a utility room, installed wooden floors, a staircase and well built bookcases and cupboards and a kitchen.I was so impressed by their workmanship and reliability I used them for other challenges notably the total refurbishment of a period cottage which is a rental property.Their approach is very thorough, adaptable and they work to a high standard of finish but when required will find a smart budget solution, good for landlords!They are reliable, careful and polite and a delight to work with. I just want to thank Salamon Construction Ltd team for a great job they did for my house extension and renovation in 2017 ( my apologies for late feedback ) Everything went smooth and communication was very good, I was always informed of project update. I can highly recommend Karol and the team from Salamon Construction. They just completed the renovation of my flat, refurbishing and modernising the interior and lower-ground vaults. Everything was completed to a very high standard and with a great attention to detail. At all points Karol was very communicative, professional and extremely reliable. There were some tricky areas, particularly of damp, for which his expertise was extremely valuable. The team finished the job on time and everything looks wonderful.
