Thank you to Charlie, Celia and the team at Hunters for their great service, support and guidance in selling our flat. They were highly professional with valuable insight and expertise. Communication was excellent and we felt looked after throughout the selling and conveyancing process. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, or use them again.

Due to a misunderstanding we missed an appointment but were booked in the next morning and advised we can view along with existing viewers. Upon turning up the viewing girl asked us to stay outside while the existing viewer was in. Fine. She made it a point to comment she has to go to other appointments afterwards so rushing us before we're even in. We got in for around 7 minutes before the next appointment turned up. This is when the girl said sorry the next appointment is here". She casually turns to the next couple and says to them "they're just leaving". In our earshot. I'm a cash buyer. I considered putting in an offer but I feel a bit shooed in and out. I appreciate fitting us in but there's a certain manner in which you don't make a client feel insulted. My worst experience out of the three agents I've viewed with in Folkestone."

Sold through Hunters. Very good experience. House sold quickly to a well vetted buyer. Transaction was outlined by branch manager at the outset and all expectations were met or exceeded - prior experience has been of ill founded promises to secure the appointment and then excuses as to why not deliverable. Thank you to Celia and Team for doing exactly what you said you would and without any fuss, miscommunication or broken promises.

Ads fairly basic compared to some newer agents. Chain-free sale took 5 months then collapsed. Other agents would have chased up more often and put back on the market after a few weeks with no progress. Most staff helpful and friendly but one was quite rude at times. Could be a one-off of course, so do your own research first.

This is the second time Celia has sold a property for us, I can't imagine choosing anyone else. The first time must have broken some record for speed. This last time, I suspect, required a massive effort from Celia to keep everything on track. Celia, I'm sorry I joked about pulling out of the sale... Well done and thank you.

I came to Hunters in desperation due to 2 previous estate agents failing to sell my property. From the start they were polite, professional, brilliant communicators and generally worked hard to get my sale over the line. I wont use any other estate agent from now on. Thank you!

We found Hunters to be very efficient from the start of the process (photos, EPC, etc) to the end. The marketing and open day worked wonders and we sold our home immediately with a choice of several buyers. A shout out to both Beatrice and Celia who kept us completely informed throughout the ensuring legal processes and who were constantly keeping the sale moving forward by liaising with all the parties involved until the sale completed successfully. My mum had the good fortune of meeting up again with Celia recently when she came to do a valuation of the property. Celia was a work colleague of my mum's in the 1980s, and has since sporadically bumped into over the years in the town. Celia has always been kind, courteous, and had the time to share a smile and a hello. It was then without hesitation that mum decided that she wanted Celia as her estate agent.Celia had a very good understanding of the market, and matched this with a knack for appreciating the unique aspects of the property. This paid off. The property was under offer on the first viewing very near to asking price. It was a win win for everyone.From the small details of getting the listing photos correct to the big questions of should we take this offer or wait for another one, Celia was on the ball, and always showed the ability to get it right.Thank you Celia!

A most unpleasant, undignified annd stressful experience. No duty of care and certainly not professional. I do not recommend if you expect service in return for the fee paid to them.
