My claim for negligence took 5 years and in that time 5 different solicitors with one apologising that my case had not been looked at for 12 months ! I was assured I would win the case and would be awarded compensation. It did not go to court and feel totally let down . A catalogue of poor service, calls not returned, solicitors not up to speed as they hadn’t fully read my case. The time and anxiety it caused was as bad as the incident itself I would most definitely not recommend Brown Turner Ross as they where the only people that benefited financially.

Brown Turner Ross were very helpful and professional from start to finish. Sam Bushell was very supportive all the way through my divorce. Her secretary Jo Foster kept me up to date with everything along the way. Totally recommend them .

I used these ppl to help with housing disrepair. Basically, long story short, don't use these ppl. If there was ever a time to trust a review, it's now.

I have called Brown, Turner and Ross on two occasions and not been able to be put through to the legal practice area I need. My number has been taken but I've yet to receive a call back.

this apparent company has allegedly said that they have been running for over 138 year however it was only encorporated 10years ago…. there is news articles from brown tuner ross stating that their revenue is massively growing and that their doing well, yet their tax returns say different on company’s house, there’s not only 1 but 2 loans over the company both with negative pledges and different banks both saying that they own the total assets of the company and the land until the loans are paid, i believe this is where their revenue has come from not hard work and dedication through their clients. statistics show that the debt ratio of the company is 86%, i wonder if this company has genuine and valid indemnity insurance that they supposedly “claim” to have??? i look forward to seeing the next annual tax return, good luck with that!!this is a review of a honest opinion.

I cant rate thus company enough, their compassion especially.Brown Turner Ross and team have been supporting me in a very stressful and difficult time of recent and they could not of done more. Absolutely have no worlds to say thank you to Lucy Newton and Abigail Davidthey made the impossible become possible. My earlier solisyter who was recommended me by IDVA and rating like really good couldn’t help me with discharge PSO over 1,5 years when I moved to Lucy care - she did it less then few months time , despite any other professional suggestions what wasn’t give me any chance for success of my case - she did it .This matte was really important and specially delicate for me like I’m oryginaly from Poland and my little boy wasn’t allowed meet grandparents or any other member of my family via controlling behaviour of my ex- partner This cause loads of distress and had significant effect on my and my little boy life, but Lucy just did it , despite any logical arguments : this would be not possible at the stage of our case , Hovewer because of her hard work and professional knowledge what she use she made not possible become to possible I do believe there is no thing impossible at family court for her and no words expressing my gratitude
