Completely and utterly useless. I ordered a pair of trousers on line on 11 Nov 2013. Today, 29 Nov, I have phoned to cancel it, having chased up three times with emails and waited on hold at premium rates for over half an hour in total. Nobody bothered to contact me to explain the reason for the delay, or to apologise. There are much better on line retailers out there

This company Cotswold Group. I bought a pair of trainers via Runners Need. The toe came away in such a short time. When I reported this. It took way too many communications to resolve the issue. They made it as difficult as possible to sort out. Contacted via Whatsapp, then told to email. Emailed photos, then told to email more photos. Did all this then told to send them back for inspection, then offered a voucher and so on. Basically they were making it very difficult regarding a blatant fault with the trainer. All the time my running suffering with a trainer. If you value good customer service and are a serious sports person. I would recommend avoiding the Cotswold Group chains: Runners Need, Snow & Rock, Cycle Surgery because they obviously have a policy that isn't customer friendly.

I started working here yesterday through an agency it's not too bad but a friend of mine didn't like driving in the dark on the country roads

Excellent store, infact all the stores I have visited (Bristol, Cardiff, Brecon, Keswick) have been excellent. Well trained staff with good product knowledge. Very reasonable price, especially with a BMC members card (15% off). Would highly recommend a visit.

No good, absolutely awfully place to work.

Waste of my time, effort ,and money.Ordered a festival tent and side with special delivery at extra cost, side arrived but no tent due to being out of stock, spoke to customer services after persevering for an hour on the phone to be told that there were plenty in stock but the price had risen from 116 to 140 pounds, so not out of stock at all.Maybe some body made a mistake on their web site with regards to the price, i know all about mistakes i've made a few in my business but I honour my bad decisions therefor retaining my good name.Got in the car drove to Go Out Doors and got one off the shelf for 120 pounds.I hate being lied to, don't waste your time, effort and money.
