Rubbish, I needed a brand new lead shortening and he ruined it, 'glue' everywhere, it was stitched previously and that's what needed doing again. Don't waste your time going cos my expensive lead is in the bin! Thank you Timpsons.

Absolute rip off, the wife took my watch in for a new battery only (as i didn't know the size). Checked on Amazon £1.45 for two yes I said two (Genuine Renata 377), I contacted them to be told that's the standard charge for a service + batt even though all they did was flip the back off and put the battery in job done.

Go somewhere else!Had a key cut & it wouldn’t even go in the lock. Took it back got a replacement, which wouldn’t turn. Went back & got refund & went to my local hardware store to get one and worked 1st time!!!For somewhere that specialises in key cutting they obviously have no clue what they are doing (or don’t train staff properly?)!!!

Absolute rip off, £18 for a battery that cost 85p from toolstation took him 1 minute to do told him the mark up was disgusting and I wouldn't be back he knocked £3 off. Won't be back!!!!

Excellent shop with good very helpful staff as I had my car key repaired at 80% cheaper then what my Ford dealer wanted to charge me. Also excellent shoe repairs and other things too. Well worth a visit.

Highly recommend *****Repaired a pair of shoes, quickly and effectively and very reasonably priced. Without the service I would more than likely have thrown them away. I cannot repair them myself this is why I used this service. It’s a service worth paying for. Very friendly and I would certainly go back.
