Excellent customer service, miles better than any of the bigger ticket retailers, when I have the option in the future I will mostly certainly chose wegottickets!

I expected that there will be some markup on the price of tickets, but this one was ridiculous. I paid £125 per ticket + nearly £10 commission on each ticket. I had no idea where I will be sitting. First I was informed that the tickets will be emailed to me. Then I was informed to collect the tickets from the ticket office at the theatre. When I got to the theatre the ticket office refused to give me the tickets, and after a long conversation, eventually I was given the tickets (out of goodwill by the ticket office) just to find out that these tickets have a face value of £20!!!!!
