Incredibly messy store. The staff working there stacking shelves were blocking everyone from walking past them whilst they stacked shelves and didn't even acknowledge or give space for people to walk past. There was also large stockpiles blocking access to items (as seen in the image). The staff at the tills were clueless. I heard one woman - amandeep" ask the woman on my till about the policy about how much water can be sold with the covid policy & the woman on my till said "I think" quite a lot - basically neither of them had a clue! They made up their own policies. Absolute joke."

If the option was available it would be zero stats!!!!Rubbish, rubbish and more rubbish!!!! Customer service is shockingly poor. I was searching for an item that came on offer today. The staff I spoke to reluctantly had a look on the shelves but no apology for the item not being in the shop. And as for the checkout experience, if you like your shopping pushed and shoved at you at break neck speed by a surly checkout assistant then that's great for you, but not for me. Shame as the products in the shop are really good. Time you got some self scan checkouts like your rival Aldi have got, where customers can scan their shopping at their own speed.

A great place to grab the weekly shop when you’re on a budget, the shelves are always well stocked and the staff are always willing to help you find what you need.Ample parking, and never have to wait too long and the registers, and always find the shop clean.

It's a typical Lidl, car park is a bit small and spread out a bit.Shop well laid out so no real surprises. Just wish they would rotate the trolleys sometimes so you don't keep using the same one as the last 1000 or so customers

I always run in for fresh croissants on my way to work. Downfall is very slow on the till and always 1 person and 6 waiting to pay. Staff oblivious to till service. More concerned about getting breaks.

Busy and looks like staff struggling to cope with pressure. Need more hands on floor.Went again for a short shop trip , after few weeks, today . It was better staffed .

Store is clean and organised, standard Lidl value ... Lost a star due to minimal parking and kiosks for busy times (although isn't too busy, just got to avoid peak hours)

Fed up with old pensioners clogging up the middle of lidl, they don't seem to realize that leaving trollies three abreast is impossible to get through, also I haven't got all day to ogle at what they can sell on ebay like them.
