Absolutely awful from start to finish.Was quoted half of what I was charged,They lost all paperwork!!! Didn't turn up when they said they would on couple of occasions. I paid for top quality commercial vinyl for my living room and hallway and paid for screeding in both areas as well. Flooring has loads of lumps under it where there is loose bits of screeding everywhere, all uneven and lumpy round my fireplace and the the flooring in the living room has a different finish to what's been layed in the hallway, shiney in front room and matte in hallway. So disappointed, charged over 1,600 for this and I'm absolutely gutted. Lady in shop very rude and hung up on me. Loads of young lads in and out the house slamming doors while job being done. Took ages to get someone to come and take a look and left my home telling me it would be sorted... That was six months ago!!! Now got a number for trading standards.... Avoid!!!!

From start to finish faultless. Great sales, informative, helpful and friendly and amazing team of carpet fitters. Hard working, professional, considerate and friendly. We had our whole house one with carpet and lino to the highest of standards I really can not recommend them enough.Thank you so very much we are over the moon.
