10/10 - a truly phenomenal dining experience - I must have been to this special HB branch around 50 times, and each time it's a delight for my tastebuds!The staff able to alter the menu if you ask, which is extremely accommodating, but the burger, and oh my, the chips! Give this restaurant a go, and if you don't like it, I'll personally refund you!**This claim has no bearing in court, don't sue me!

It's so noisy inside, my friends and I had to talk much louder than usual just to stand a chance of hearing each other. The seating arrangement I didn't care for, despite being told we could sit where we want it's very cramped. The booths are tiny, so we decided to sit on the stalls, the stalls are very loose and wobbly and therefore uncomfortable and unsafe to sit on. The service from the staff was good but it took a very long time for us to receive our food. When I asked about this I was told it's because they receive a lot of orders from Uber Eats. Surely customers in the restaurant should take precedence? Either way this system needs to be worked on, maybe more chefs or a new bigger location/unit that can handle the demand. The food is tasty, the fries were the best part. I would say it's good but 7/10 is fair, it not amazing, but I would happily eat it again, except for the onion rings. The onion rings have fennel seeds inside, it was my first time trying fennel seeds and either I don't like that taste or too many fennel seeds were used. I got a smashed patty burger, I doubled up (2 patties), it came with one side included in the price, I chose rosemary salted fries, then I ordered a separate side of large onion rings. The menu is very clear and easy to understand, it might sound trivial but I liked this a lot. They have home made lemonade and mint lemonade which sounds tasty, not many options when it comes to lager, no household names and only one cider available.

Grabbed the local Clapham burger and it was tasty, albeit small. The raclette looked more like a slice of cheese and nothing like the photos. Was quite underwhelming, albeit the rest of the menu is relatively good.

Nice seating area out side and good chilled relaxed atmosphere inside. I went for the Clapham Burger, Rosemary Chips and lemonade.The burger looked exactly like it does on the Honest burger website and was cooked very well. The chips were hot and crispy and flavoursome. Love that its so easy to order a gluten free bun without any fuss, and it was lovely and soft.Lemonade was really refreshing and tastyMy only criticism was the chips and the bacon in the burger were too salty. I regretted not ordering the coleslaw to break up some of the saltiness.My server Michael was really friendly and attentive.

Overall a solid and affordable burger place.Has potential to be better but unfortunately our food felt somewhat under seasoned and not as flavourful as it should be. Ultimately was still nice but won't be rushing back

I have ordered the same thing from honest over 50 times… it is my favourite restaurant of all time however recently it’s just completely slipped. The last order I had had cheese on it… I’m intolerant to dairy and so remove it on orders. The order today was burnt to an absolute crisp. Uber eats wouldn’t refund either. So disappointed they sent this out.

Staff were a bit all over the place this visit; ordering was quick and easy but then things went sideways. Plates were practically thrown on the table, drinks didn’t come after chasing twice (and other tables getting their drinks almost immediately) and attention to detail was missing, with no follow-up to check if the food was ok once delivered. Member of staff briefly argued with a delivery person and stormed off. Disappointing atmosphere and experience.

Honest Burgers Clapham
This is the best place to get your burgers reasonable price and a great atmosphere. The bacon gravy is out of this world and it’s a must to try with the burger and fries. Props to the chef he does his ting. Bekah who took my order was nothing but polite and respectful, she made the experience very worth while. If you find yourself in Clapham give it a try.
