Excellent service. Optician very thorough and careful. Answered all my questions. Didn't push me to change lenses. Staff helped me choose frames and went out of her way to source the frame I wanted.

Waiting on my glasses from 5th Nov On the app my glasses should have ready 10th Nov went in to check, someone was going to check on status and get back to me but it’s now 9th dec and I have heard nothing

I would have given them four stars but today my wife took my daughter to get her new glasses fitted and they had not arrived. This is despite being told they had arrived in a phone call beforehand. It was a complete waste of time and fuel. This should be bread and butter for them and clearly they don’t know what they are doing. The phrase ‘Should have gone to Specsavers’ springs to mind!
