Arrives at the coffee shop at 4.31pm to be told they can’t serve me as they close at 4.30pm! Really poor customer service as they were still people in the queue in fact one person arrives 30 seconds before me and got served.The other customers in the shop looked shocked and embarrassed as I had to leave the shop without being served.Shame on you!!! Ps you might want to update your opening hours as doesn’t say 4.30pm on google

The people working here are very friendly and relaxed, i love the coffee here and i like how they will change the drink to suit your taste,If i have to say one criticism. The early morning staff making drinks can be incredibly slow and takes way too much time,But over all I'd still say the drinks and service is a 10/10My disability make it hard to go to places like this but at this costa i can order at my own speed and take time to understand what Thay are saying. This is very nice because it is very very difficult for me to understand what people are saying when wearing a face mask.

I realise that we have now gone back into lockdown and these are sad times but to be greeted by an unhelpful assistant and a Barista who chose to ignore my reusable cup and put my drink in a throw away when they are promoting reusable said to me that they couldn't have cared less. On top off this the coffee was god awful. Worst costa I've had. Could have got a better coffee from the machine in the shell garage up the road. A 16 mile journey for a coffee to break the monotonous routine of working from home... what a waste of time and money

Christmas opening applies not times on the website. Not a happy bunny. Opens later, despite everyone out early for Christmas shopping

Modern and stylish building which is light & airy but it was quiet noisy when we were there. Noise seems to bounce around the space. Very fresh and tasty products. Good parking. Nice staff.
