Absolutely brill service from start to finish. Found their products after searching online for what we wanted and the colours we needed to match everything with the chaise and cushion (which aren’t the most common combination). We found what we needed, easily measured and ordered online. The company double checked our order with us and we’re very prompt with response and very very prompt with delivery as it arrived much earlier than the estimation which was great. We set it up and we love it (although our cat has since made us both very aware that he likes it too!!!)

Dreadful! I paid for a 3 seater settee with free delivery. On the delivery day I received a call from the delivery driver to say his vehicle was too big to access my road - I live on a hill 100 metres from the road - As he couldn't access my road he couldn't deliver it and would have to go back with it. I requested a refund only to find they had taken £46 80p for delivery! It seems as they are charged by the delivery company, I have to pay their costs despite the fact that I didn't refuse it!! I wouldn't touch this company with the proverbial barge pole in future!

My partner and I ordered a chaise longue on a Saturday and received a confirmation that day. I was worried I had ordered the wrong facing" but my emails to check and confirm where answered promptly and reassuringly. The chair itself was delivered as promised (well within the quoted time) on the day and was really well packed and without a lot of needless extra packing. Very simple to setup and looks wonderful. Very happy to have this for the coming winter!"

So pleased to have come across this company. I had my eye on their chaise chair and when I tried to order it, it had disappeared from the website. When I called them to enquire about it, I was told that the particular fabric I wanted for the chair had just been discontinued. The lady in the office went above and beyond to source the fabric. Less than two weeks later, I was in possession of my chaise chair, which is absolutely beautiful and top quality.Their customer service was great, and the item was delivered to my door, hassle free.I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
