This has got to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. I made a claim for a broken phone on holiday and ‘travel claims insurance LTD’ got me to go out and get quotes for the repair and get so much information taking me hours and hours. Then they actually accused me of attempting fraud! And just refused to pay out. Totally pointless travel insurance and is quite dangerous to think you are insured while in a 3rd world country to only find out that you are in fact dealing with a company that will go to extreme lengths to not pay out or help you in the event of a crisis. This company should be ashamed to operate in this way and they shouldn’t be allowed to trade.
