First visit to Pepe's in Gosforth. Absolutely fantastic service from the owner and the staff. The food is amazing, fresh and healthy and most importantly delicious. What makes this place is the friendly members of staff, they were incredibly helpful and the owner who joined us briefly with a warm welcoming. Pepe's Piri Piri Gosforth by far the best Grilled Chicken restaurant in Newcastle.

Gourmet burger, £7.49. Oh dear. Was really excited when this place opened but won't be going back. Staff were sitting on the food prep areas, tables were dirty, serious hygiene concerns. Beyond disappointed.

Workmate told me great things about Pepe’s. Had my first one last night and what a disappointment. Bone dry chewy chicken in both rice boxes and I thought the wings were mediocre at best. £39 wasted never again. I felt rushed when ordering too - the unfriendly fella that served me had no patience as I was looking at the menu.

Excellent meal and service, manager treats the customers with a friendly attitude. The chicken was delicious and served to the table; we love taste and food quality.Definitely recommend this Pepe's to all.

Great addition to the high street! The fajita wraps are spot on and chips with piri salt are great too. As good as Nando’s at half the price. Staff really friendly too and keen to provide good service. Only improvements would be wifi (internet on high street is shocking for anyone not on EE) and make order numbers flash up on screen when ready - hardly a big issue though. Definitely recommend - A***

Really nice. Obviously busy as it's just opened. Food was lovely. We split a platter between 3 and it worked out at about 7 poundbper head. Quality food, fresh and something different. This is what Gosforth needs. Lots of Italian restaurants, Chinese and Indian but this is something a little different. Loved it.
