Not happy, refused car pick up as didn't accept driving license as proof, anywhere else this is more then good enough. Was treated poorly and no one seemed to have a clue what they was doing. Definitely won't be going again.

If you don’t own a credit card be aware! I don’t have a credit card and they won’t take the holding fee for a debit card, so you need to pay £25 per day for their insurance, which you don’t get back if there is no issues. This car was going to cost me £147 for a week, which is reasonable, however in the end it cost £321, if I had a credit card it would have been fine.

They are thieves. They say that debit cards are not accepted for the deposit. As luck would have it, it works if you take out comprehensive insurance at £46/day.They put the pressure on and make people cry.Just change your debit card limit and it works.

All in all not a bad experience. Seen a few complaints regarding people turning up with debit cards and the business only takes credit card. Clearly stated on the website so read it before!Car did the job. Ordered a focus class car and ended up with a Peugeot which felt smaller. Car wasn't valeted before being given and needed a hoover.Staff were friendly and did what was needed from them really. All in all definitely go back.

Came to hire a car due to needing for work having had my car stolen. Read all terms and conditions to check best price.Told I could not leave despoit on mastercard debit card - despite money for it in account.Then told in to use debit card I have to take out insurance wavier which more than doubled the cost of the hire.
