Stay far away as possible. Will screw your money up and make you wait till next payday to recieve it. Will just leave you with nothing and not care. Worst agency I have ever dealt with! Now editing my review, I have now found out that they haven't been paying my tax so now I owe HMRC money. Honestly stay away from this agency nothing but problems!

Avoid this agency at all costs, promise you loads of work and you only work 1 day and don’t hear off them, also they don’t pay you for the hours you’ve actually worked, AVOID!!!

Since I was recruited by Titan on the 14th of July 2023 I’ve had one of best experiences with an agency company.From day one all the staff were very friendly and helpful with all my random questions and made sure I understood everything I needed to do going forward.I have been with Titan just over 3 months and have now been offered a full time position with the company I was with for the temp to perm position. All of what Titan promised was 100 percent accurate and have helped me become full time.I cannot thank the team enough for helping out when I needed it. Only had one day's work with these guys as had a full time job in the pipeline but was unsure where it was going when I contacted titan and just wanted to get working as quickly as possible.Applied for a warehousing job and was in 2 days later in a place in Lutterworth, Did the days work then got a call saying I'd got the job I'd applied for so didn't need the Lutterworth gig anymore. Told the rep (kieran) and he said if I need anything in the future just to give them a shout. Got paid for the day a week later with zero issues. Good professional agency and would definitely recommend to anyone.

My son worked for this agency for 1 day and has never been paid. Keeps texting but constantly ignored. When young people are trying to make their way in the world people like this are soul destroyers. Terrible. You can’t with hood payment

Applied for a job through indeed, within the hour I had a phoncall from Robbie. Communication is 100%. Any issues are sorted straight away, if you want the work it's here and these guys will see you straight

Great people to work for been very accommodating also communication is A+ don't regret getting involved with them at all

I love them becos of their communication skill, not all agencies you can relate issue to on whatapp, after 5pm you can still massage them on whatapp and immediately you will have a feedback.. cheers to that

Been working for them for months. Only had 1 issue with a days pay and it was resolved quickly. Very good with communication, friendly and understanding team from my personal experience.
