Lied about the price of the nails, tried to charge me more than agreed to get the length I wanted. For the French tip and removal it was £48 and it was alluded that they could do the nails I wanted at that price. I tried to trust the process and be polite but I was very disappointed. The colour is nice but the length is wayy too short and in other shops they would do a better job and actually make it how I like it. They look like the outdated 2016 nails where the flat part of the coffin is way too narrow and the sides are so round. It’s almost like an almond nail but with a flat end. Staff were kind but I am very disappointed in the nails and the dishonesty in the price. These are not long nails, they are medium but they are nowhere near the length that I have and I have never paid more than £50 for them.

Good results, no bleeding even though I bleed easily, but price was different from their website, £11 higher after a discount". Should have asked about the price before the work stared! Definitely not visiting again."
