Possibly the worst company you could go with.Their conveyancers are utter rubbish. They go silent for months, and it's impossible to reach them. They've been handling the process for a seller we purchased our house from, and they made the process incredibly long, painful, and complicated.Not only that, they also failed to file appropriate documentation after completion, so now, after two years, we are not able to remortgage in time, and we're facing losing tens of thousands of pounds on a far worse mortgage offer - purely because of their incompetence! Of course they haven't been responding to communications fromy solicitor for 5 months now.Please, do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs.

Rob organised our mortgage and insurances for the move to our new home, which was made more complicated by two sales and one purchase falling through, a couple of them last minute, and took over a year from when we first met to reach completion. During all this time Rob was always available, happy to answer any of our questions and update our products as required. I would recommend Countrywide Mortgage services to take all the hassle out of this part of moving house and although we would definitely use them again, we hope not to as we plan to stay here for the foreseeable future.
