Took vehicle to this branch of Halfords for a repair & service and absolutely cannot fault the service I've received.I was provided with a lift to work & collected & the work was done really quickly.Customer service by all involved was also excellent.The car is driving really well and was cleaned tooHighly recommended.

They did a repair for me quickly and well, finishing at the promised time and within the quoted price, even though they had to re-order a part that came to them damaged. As a result I am able to spend Christmas with my family as planned, so I am delighted with this service.

The process of booking a service and MOT was simple and I was able to get a time that was convenient for me. The staff at the garage were friendly and welcoming and kept me informed throughout the day. They gave estimate times and stuck to these. I was called to discuss the outcome of the service and fully informed before any work was carried out on my car. I would highly recommend these garage for a service and MOT.

First time I have used this garage and was worried I would have a big repair bill at the end due to a loud noise coming from underneath. Dropped of for a free suspension and brake check.. less than two hrs later my car was ready to collect. Noise gone as only needed a small bolt replacement to reattach heat shield. Reassured that my car was fine and safe to drive. Biggest surprise of all was no bill at the end! Will be booking my mot shortly and intend to use for future services after losing confidence in my usual garage. Fab service and will recommend.

***** Fantastic customer service *****I was dealing mainly with Anthony and he couldn't be more helpful! Everyone seemed lovely that worked there though. Nothing was too much bother or hassle. Customer service goes a long way and never once did their customer service level slip.Couldnt speak more highly of them.So glad this is local, definitely a garage i'll be continuing to use in the future.

Serviced my lease car for 3 years with care and a smile up to April 2022. Lease car now superceded by my own vehicle and dropped it off 12/10/2022 for free checks. The chaps couldn't have been more helpful and still friendly service with a smile. Centre, clean and tidy and all work done was both printed out and sent via email (pdf) to keep as a record. MOT due next week at same centre and no hesitation in booking in future work (discs and pads) next year as advised. Thank you.
